Just over 2 years ago my dog got dog flees; I was bitten all over my legs and my back. Some of the bites turned septic and after a course of antibiotics all of the bite sites turned into severe eczema.
I was using masses of Betnovate and taking antihistamines, however this only just about stopped it getting any worse.
About three months ago my wife discovered a report on Equilac so I thought I would give it a try.
After 2 weeks I noticed my symptoms were getting worse however the instructions on the pack suggested this was not unusual so I decided to persevere. After 4 weeks my legs were completely free of eczema and my back is hugely improved. I am no longer using Betnovate or antihistamines and am just using a bit of moisturiser on my back.
I still have a month of treatment to do but will probably continue after that as I could not go back to how I was.
